Part One of this film discussed those chromatographic techniques in which the mobile phase is a gas. This Part (Two) discusses the use of a liquid as the mobile phase, this is liquid chromatography. It's principles are the same as in gas chromatography. The sample components are separated by distribution, either by partition or by absorption between two phases.
