The products moving out the front door of our plant are the best that can be made, they're quality products and you're proud of them because you helped put the quality in. That's the big satisfaction of being on top of your job. We also have "back-door products", industrial wastes. We have to dispose of them but improper disposal means just one thing, stream pollution.
