500 0# - GENERAL NOTE
General note The projection water tunnel is a device for two dimensional flow visualization. It enables air flow patterns around and through buildings to be projected onto a screen. The flow patterns are made visible by small plastic pellets of neutral density contained in the flowing water. The models are made of perspex in the profile and slipped in the inverted position down into the projection tank. These studies are suitable for determining natural ventilation in buildings.
